Hey , Drew, what is a spell and can they summon lightning?
Hi Drew,
My husband and I just finished listening to the first part of the second interview. Thank you. We enjoyed listening and look forward to hearing more next week.
Just wanted to say hello. I listened to your podcast about cinnamon and bay leaves… I knew about cinnamon but didn’t know about bay leaves. My mom used to keep a bay leaf in her flour to keep the bugs out. I enjoyed listening.
Hi Melanie< I did not know that. So Bay leaves do repel certain insects in ingredients like flour? That is fascinating. I wonder if it is the scent or the " flavor or Bay leaves"
I never knew that. I will have to test out this theory and see if it’s a real thing. I don’t have any bugs so I will need to work on “good conditions to make this a thing. Hmmm.
Hi!
I enjoyed your urban legend episode. Our urban legends in New Mexico are Skin walkers and La Llorona. My mom told me about a caveman that live in a cave on the back side of the mountain in the Sandia mountains. The cave is North of Albuquerque. I’ve went there with my dad when I was little. My mom said she remembers the caveman being brought out of the cave when she was little.
I’ve told you my skin walker story. At least that’s what I thought it was.

I thought you could not walk? What happened?

That Polybius is not true.

Yes the bay leaves repel bugs. I can’t remember what they are called but they are gross.
